Notes

We nearly didn't play on a wet grey afternoon, but the rain relented just in time and, in fact, the skies had (partly) cleared by the end. Sadly we didn't bat very well in the face of good bowling in testing conditions and ended up wasting five overs. The poor target looked rather better when our bowling turned out to be as good, if not better, than ROCC's and Jamie's late burst put us in with a good chance of a surprising victory. Sadly the ROCCC batsmen kept their nerve to get home with two balls to spare.
