Having won the toss and electing to field on a warm summers evening in Tadworth, the decision soon looked like it might backfire against a strong Toyota side. The Toyota openers got off to a flying starting before Terrence managed to peg them back with some good accurate bowling. With the Toyota opener retiring on 50 followed by a succession of batsmen blazing the ball to the boundary the target of 148 looked like a tough ask. In reply, Terrence (52*) and Jody (37) matched the early pace of the Toyota innings. With the retirement of Terrence and first dismissal this season for Jody it was left to young Jamie to push towards victory with a succession of lusty blows including a huge six. Ably supported at the other end, Jamie guided PRL home with 5 balls to spare.
