Notes

We've had plenty of matches as one-sided as this one, but very rarely are we the winning side! Things started very unpromisingly with light rain and only four of us present at the start time. As a result we agreed to bat first and had limited choice of openners. Andy took full advantage of the opportunity to bat cautiously at the start and went on to score his best total for over a decade. Toyota kindly lent us two players who enjoyed batting against their team-mates and so we ammassed a very respectable 110. Our openning bowling from Paul G and Terrence proved almost unplayable, leading to the unfamiliar position (when we're fielding) of 4 for 5 after six overs. After that Toyota never recovered.
