Notes

A scorching hot day (approaching 100F) was not ideal for a lot of leather chasing when Horley batted. We were ably assisted by Angus and Gary (from Bristows), but nonetheless Horley cruised to 172 off their 20 overs. David K started our innings by running out Paul G off the 2nd ball (without Paul facing), but made amends scoring 34 (his highest for PRL) in an impressive partnership with Gary of 80 (who retired with 51). All the same the required run rate had reached 10 per over and that was well beyond us.
