Notes

A gloomy evening which amazingly stayed rain-free until about 10minutes after we finished. We arrived on the back of the party to celebrate David P's retirement (from PRL, NOT the team!). The batting started slowly but built up pace, with Richard leading us to a respectable total. David opened the bowling with an amazing spell of 4 overs taking 2 for 2, but the Council's middle order staged a recovery and reached the last over with 5 needed with two wickets in hand. Unfortunately a rare victory was just out of reach!
