Notes

A gloriously sunny evening coupled with a (rare) PRL victory! The match was played at GlaxoSmithKline's ground on Manor Royal, with a bouncy artificial strip, indeterminate boundaries and very long grass. A solid display in the field kept Virgin to a reasonable score. Our run-chase started off slowly with a steady loss of wickets, but a great partnership between Jon and Paul (both of whom had to retire at 25) left David F (on his debut as captain) and Bhavin to see us home.
