Having lost a wicket in each of the first 9 overs of our innings, we appeared destined for a humiliating defeat. A last wicket stand between Paul G and Andy nearly doubled our total and then our bowling almost put us back in the match. Unfortunately, 48 (our lowest score batting first, since records began) wasn't quite enough!
